Re-Think House

This large detached house had been extended in piece-meal for decades, the client wanted to rationalise these additions and to add their own stamp. The flow of the house was reviewed against the needs of the client, leading to dramatic re-configuring of both the ground floor and first floor layout.
The existing underperforming conservatory was removed and replaced with a two-storey extension in keeping to the original design of the house. The extension allowed for the kitchen to expand plus unlocking views of long garden. Above this, a guest bedroom was added and an en-suite added to the primary bedroom. On the other side of the house, a contemporary single storey extension was added with a large home gym, and private home office.
